Dietary Department

The Dietary Department has added many Maine made products, fruits,
and vegetables as possible to our menu.
Residents have two menus to choose from, our regular menu and/or the A
La Carte menu. We have a room service
breakfast offered to any resident who chooses to sleep in.
Dietary has many low sodium entrees to choose from. We do “extras” for residents that may need
more calories and/or protein. Examples:
Super Food program and a variety of flavors of Ensure. Comfort foods are available, and a snack cart
is available to each unit three times a day.
The Dietary Department also will provide guest trays for visiting
family members.
