Friendship Community

Sixty residents make their home with us for long-term care, hospice care, and skilled care. Staffing includes trained nurses that have been taught the latest technologies and staff that makes caring for others a major life priority for the past thirty plus years.

We look forward to meeting and getting to know each and every person that makes their home with us; we strive to bring resident directed care to each individual. We want to know what each person needs to make their stay the best it can be…whether it be sipping tea while bird watching or receiving intense physical therapy so residents may return home as soon as possible.

Memory Lane Community

The dedicated and knowledgeable nursing team of the Memory Lane Community understands what a difficult disease Alzheimer’s is for all involved. We are committed to helping residents cope with the regression with grace, dignity, and to giving family members the support they need to deal with the emotional strain.

Our community is a warm and friendly place where we provide individualized care, socialization, and daily activities geared to the interests and abilities of each resident.

Mountain Top Community

Mountain Top Community is a setting that strives to meet various medical, psychological, social and spiritual needs for those who live here.

Every effort is made to provide a homey atmosphere. Residents have private rooms, but they share meals in common dining rooms, and gather for social activities such as bingo, trivia, and conversations about current events. Some even go out on road trips for meals, shopping, or sightseeing. An activity room is provided to facilitate hobby interests.

We do our best to provide a peaceful and therapeutic environment that still honors individuality and autonomy. We look forward to getting to know you and caring for your loved one. Keystone Community

The Keystone Community is a sixteen bed mental health residential unit. Each resident has a private room with access to shared common areas.

Our staff is well trained, compassionate, caring, and dedicated. Our Activity Coordinator offers a wide variety of individualized and group activities.

Residents are encouraged to maintain their independence and involvement in community.

Fontbonne Community

The Fontbonne Community is an eleven bed geriatric residential unit for women. These ladies each have a private room and share living areas and a kitchen. The atmosphere is quiet, friendly, and supportive.
