Administrative Committee
An Administrative Committee has been developed and includes
the Administrator, Director of Nursing, Director of Finance, Director of
Environmental Services, and a Corporate Board representative.
The
Committee:
Ø Reviews and approves Quality Improvement
plans and activities;
Ø Reviews and approves policies and
procedures;
Ø Reviews and approves all new hires
and terminations of employees;
Ø Reviews and directs all resources of
the facility and approves financial expenditures;
Ø Reviews all reports: annual, fiscal,
licensing, etc.;
Ø Decides and assumes responsibility
for residents at high risk;
Ø Manages media involvement and
coverage
